Are you looking to work for our customer, a global growth company where you can make a real difference?
At one of the worldwide largest pharmaceutical manufacturing site, where more than 5 billion units of tablets, capsules, ampoules, vials and transdermal therapeutic systems (patches) are manufactured and shipped every year.
- We were mandated to reinforce our customer's packaging design management and we are searching for a Global Packaging Design Manager (m/f)
- In this position you will drive packaging design projects (Primary & Secondary Packaging), across a multifaceted portfolio, to solutions that show a balance of customer orientation and commercial manufacturing needs.
- In global cross-functional teams including Development, Marketing and Operations you will determine latest trends and needs and translate them into designs that are compliant with regulations and add value.
- You will foster the design of packaging by target oriented management of external resources.Creativity is required to generate the integrated designs of blister and secondary packaging.
- You will support the process and accelerate decision making by delivering feasibility studies, visualizations and prototypes.
Your technical skills combined with business acumen will be key to delivering robust solutions. You will be responsible for the proper handover to the defined packaging site of state of the art designs that meet time, cost and quality targets for the assigned launch and life cycle management projects. By creating design awareness and driving continuous process improvement you will be building a design and process oriented culture to set standards in pharmaceutical packaging design.
Global Packaging Design Manager Job Requirements
We are looking for a creative, communicative and success driven personality with proven project and process management experience in either the pharmaceutical or the fast moving consumer goods industry.
- Candidates must bring a holistic approach together with a broad experience in design and engineering in order to achieve and exceed challenging goals in a complex global environment. An eagerness to take responsibility and excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills are all essential qualities.
- Candidates must be fluent in written and spoken English and any additional languages (including German) would be an advantage.
