As part of continued expansion in the Maintenance Services Field, AV Technology Ltd are seeking a professional and ambitious Maintenance/Engineering Manager to strengthen the senior management team.

The role consists of providing Maintenance and Engineering Support, direction and service to a number of AVT's clients in the UK.
Reporting to both the AVT Contracts Manager and Client Site Manager(s), you will be directing a team of Maintenance Engineers and specialists in delivering best practice maintenance. You will have responsibility for operational, services and project engineering for a number of key clients with a total annual maintenance budget in the region of £6m.
You are likely to be assigned to one or two key clients where, as part of the Senior Management Team you will cope with the site requirements and the maintenance plans of busy plants with very high quality standards. Development and implementation of world class maintenance procedures, systems and practice towards maintenance best-practice. The role will cover all engineering activities on sites, utilities and production plant.
The position will require extensive travel and working away from home due to the geographical spread of our clients.
Requirements
An experienced Manager with a history of hands-on Plant Maintenance and a pro-active approach to leadership and team development, as well as proven confidence in the boardroom.
HNC/D or City & Guilds minimum with at least 3 years in a senior maintenance and engineering management role in manufacturing.
