QA Automation Developer

in our Bucharest team. 1&1 is looking for a Quality Assurance enthusiastic developer, highly motivated, self-driven and interested in Quality Assurance;  

Tasks  
What will you do?

You willÂ…. Â…

• write functional tests for backend modules; Â…
• plan, design, develop and execute test frameworks in order to optimize the unit/integration test cases automation; Â…
• write automated test cases using Selenium, Java and jUnit; Â…
• be responsible for the document of test plans, test cases and test reports; Â…
• organize your tests to ensure functionality coverage; Â…
• integrate your tests with continuous integration servers ; Â…
• report the bugs found by the tests;
• And, most of all to be a part of our young and dynamic team.

QA Automation Developer Job Requirements

Requirements  

If you have/are: ...

• experience with Selenium or other test automation tools; Â…
• interest in developing unit testing frameworks; 
• knowledge of jUnit, maven or ant; Â…
• knowledge of web protocols (SOAP, JSON); Â… knowledge of version control systems (Subversion); Â…
• know how to read a system specification to understand the purpose and structure of the system; Â…
• look at a system and its specification and from these understand the areas to be tested; Â…
• very good communication skills and a great team player; Â…
• fluent in English (both written and spoken).

• previous development experience in Java; 
• knowledge of scripting languages (e.g. JavaScript, JScript) 
• knowledge of performance testing, preferable with jMeter 
• experience with continuous integration (preferably Hudson/Jenkins); 
• ISTQB certification;
