Data Integration Technologies Consultant (CRM) Job Description

The Data Integration Technologies Consultant will be responsible for developing technologies, solutions, services implementations, and strategies for customer data success among Veeva’s European and Global customers.  This position will be working with customers in various sectors of the Life Sciences industry.Candidate must have the ability to travel as required.
 
Responsibilities:

• This position requires the management of data integration technologies and best practices developed by Veeva services (drawing on technical and/or CRM customer data product knowledge in advanced architectures)
• Leading the effort to create new technologies that solve customer data management challenges
• Development of business and support models for Veeva customer data adapters
• Establish a best practices library and support internal knowledge management
• Must have a proven track record meeting with senior management and executives as the subject matter expert
• Must be able to take complex client and vendor concepts and articulate them to audiences of varying perception levels.
• Drive enhancement of data adapters and investigate new market solutions

Data Integration Technologies Consultant (CRM) Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Demonstrated years of technical solution design and management experience
• 5+ years hands on experience with customer data implementations and management
• Strong experience with integration technologies and best practices
• Strong understanding of software development cycle and best practices
• Strong presentation skills and experience are essential
• Must have a high level knowledge of all platform functionality including, data migration, configuration, integration and environment management best practices.
• Experience working with a major Life Sciences data vendor such as Binleys, Cegedim, aPureBase, etc.
• Experience working with integration technologies such as Informatica, Cast Iron, Websphere, etc.
• Experience in development of bi-directional data adapters with an industry wide data vendor
• Salesforce.com Certification and/or demonstrated consulting experience
• Bachelor of Science degree in computer science or equivalent.
