Job Description:
As a leader in the aerospace industry, we are growing rapidly and have a number of exciting positions available right now, including a Program Manager. The Program Manager will lead/coordinate the development and industrialization of new and improved oven products, to the required standard of quality and within the specified constraints of time and cost, and to represent the project interest to all stakeholders.
Essential Responsibilities

• Deliver the (financial) business case and other input to M&S for Business Opportunity Study,
• Accept the project for feasibility and realize it
• Form and manage a program core team from engineering, manufacturing, supply chain
• Plan the program, including scope, budget, work break down structure, risk and schedule
• Monitor, control and report the execution of the program in relation to the scope/requirements, budget and time, including change management
• Assure adherence to project management processes
• Liaise with end customer, internal sponsor ,and other internal and internal stakeholders
• Support the continuous improvement of project management and engineering processes
• Support portfolio (multi project) planning

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a technical field from four-year college or university
• 5 years experience in Project Management in an aerospace company
• Hands on project management work like planning, budgeting, reporting, documenting
• Excellent communication skills on all levels and with all disciplines
• Disciplined and result driven
• Negotiating and conflict management
• Decision making ,Problem solving
• Commercial feeling
• Quality awareness

• IPMA B or C certified
