Global HVAC Applications Manager for Supermarkets (m/f) Job Description

In this job you will be reporting to the Global Customer Application Support (CAS) Director within Marketing and Strategy department of the Electronic Controls Organization (EL). The person will be member of the global CAS Team. The purpose of this position is to build heating, ventilation and Air conditioning expertise in the sales organization and support key customers in Supermarkets industry. 

Areas of responsibilities

• Build and deploy training for sales, technical support and customers within areas of heating, ventilation and air conditioning in supermarkets
• Build supermarket HVAC experts from selected internal candidates in sales organization
• Support HVAC OEM's and contractors on site during design, installations, commissioning and trouble shooting with HVAC applications knowledge in their electronic controls systems
• Support our products portfolio development and R&D with customer inputs for future products development

• Develop and roll out HVAC expertise building for selected sales people
• Build roll out training program for technical support development to ensure high class support of Electronic Controls in Supermarkets
• Establish through sales an excellent support interface to key customers
• Deliver new ideas for products from customers
• Cooperate with R&D on innovation

• Developed HVAC experts in every sales region, capable to support the business
• Well trained sales organization on HVAC applications
• High level support of customers

Global HVAC Applications Manager for Supermarkets (m/f) Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate for the job will have an expert knowledge of thermodynamics, several years of hands on experience in heating and air conditioning applications in supermarkets with additional experience from electronics and software. As a leader you are trust building in delivering training as well having a strong orientation towards customers. You have a strong desire for growth and are an excellent and persuasive communicator with solid command in English. The role as well as the organization will be global, and will require travelling and working across several time zones. Office location is flexible, but a location in Europe will be preferred.
