Job Description
As Project Lead you’ll work within the Development and Design department. Within this department you’ll work with Engineers and other Project Leaders and also you’ll introduce new products to manufacturing departments.
Also the Project Lead is owner of several development projects and new product introductions based on customer specifications. As a Project Lead you’ll provide the technical solutions to the customer, but also realize all necessary documents and activities.

Furthermore as a Project Lead you will:
 

• Conduct reviews
• Analyze the risks and possibilities
• Communicate with internal and external customers at all levels about approach, planning, manufacturing
• Be a first line troubleshooter for customers
• Be responsible for the costs and signed contracts 

Senior Project Lead Optics Job Requirements

Job Requirements

• Technical BSc. or MSc. Degree, such as Applied Physics or Mechatronics
• Experience as Project Lead within a high tech manufacturing environment
• Experience with at least 2 of the following technologies: Mechanics, Electronics, Optics, Software
• Familiar with ISO 9001 procedures and the common used ERP software
• Communicate  English language
• Can work independently and has the ability to communicate within different technical markets
