Specialist QA Customer Communication (m/f) Job Description

Dr. Newzella Consulting has been exclusively commissioned by its client, a leading international US health care company and its FDA-accredited production plant based in the West part of Germany.

Your tasks:

• Providing customer support for technical pharmaceutical issues focusing, in particular, on customer-related deviation management (abnormal findings)
• Implementing selected projects in the area of quality assurance
• Contact person for all quality-related issues raised by customers
• Clarification of the above-mentioned issues taking all relevant in-house operations into account
• Communication, discussion and continued tracking of abnormalities that must be discussed with customers
• Examination and approval of quality-related documents
• Reports to: Head of Product Compliance Department

Specialist QA Customer Communication (m/f) Job Requirements

Our expectations:

•  A Bachelor's or Master's degree (polytechnic / university) in one of the sciences or technology
• 3 years’ experience of working in the area of quality assurance or related areas within the pharmaceutical industry
• Ability to process pharmaceutical and technological issues regarding parenteral medicines 
• Ability to evaluate the pharmaceutical quality attributes of the produced medicines for parenteral use
• Strong communication skills both at professional and personal level
• An assertive character
• Good knowledge of GMP
• Experience of sterile and aseptic production processes preferred
• Very good knowledge of English - both oral and written
• Good IT skills in the areas of Word, Excel, Lotus Notes
