We are recruiting a Network Support Agent with a Native or excellent level of Dutch or German or Swiss German or French and a high level of English with experience in solving IT quires and incidents for all product group. Our client is International company with European shared service centre based in Barcelona.
As a Network Support Agent you will be working in the Front Office division and reporting to a team leader.
Your objective will be provide customer support to the clients of the company, following the established company procedures.
Your main responsibilities:
-Building up and managing a customer relationships
-Liaise with internal departments for problem solution
-Providing technical support
-Ensuring that records of work carried out are maintained accurately and on time, and disseminated as required
-Assisting the complaints team to resolve issues
-Handle incoming calls and do front office support as well as general administrative issues
-You will be in contact with national and international clients, and therefore will have to show excellent communication skills and great phone manners

We are looking for a person with the following qualifications, experience and skills:
Qualifications
-Native or excellent level of Dutch or German or Swiss German or French
-High level of English is mandatory
-Industry recognised qualification in transmission, IP or voice networks or equivalent experience and training relevant to First Level Technician
Experience
-1 year of previous experience in technical support/IT helpdesk is required
-Experience working within a Technical role in a networking enviroment completing first level analysis and fault isolation
-Team and result oriented, with solid communication skills
-Good knowledge of internet based applications
-High level of MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)

-Strong negotiation and customer service skills
-Logical/methodical approach to root cause finding
-Flexible approach and an ability to operate effectively with uncertainty and change
-Operates effectively in a highly complex matrix organisation
-Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
