Project Leader Engineering Job Description

Pauwels Consulting is looking for an organizer and manager for investment projects. The project Leader Egineering will be designing, constructing  and delivering a pharmaceutical production unit consisting of production equipment with associated supporting technical installations and buildings.
 

The main responsibilities of the Project Leader Engineering are:

• The overall coordination of the project.
• Establishing, managing and reporting of the project scope, project budget and project planning in consultation with internal customers, suppliers, stakeholders.
• Setting up the project charter, project planning, compos and supervise the project team to the defined project goals.
• Coordination with resource and department managers regarding the staffing of the project.
• Designing and monitoring all communication structures with all the relevant internal and external "project" customers and operation departments involved throughout the project development.
• Transfer of the project to production and maintenance departments.

Project Leader Engineering Job Requirements

What does Pauwels Consulting require from the Project Leader Engineering:

• Masters Degree in a technical discipline: industrial engineering, civil engineering, bioengineering or other.
• Experience in leading projects of engineering from design (conceptual, basic and detail) to the validation and startup of plants in the pharma is a requirement.
• Knowledge of project management systems and tools (MS Project Server).
• Strong in planning, communication and organizational skills.
• Team player and team coach.
• Analytical, meticulous and independent.
• Problem solving ability’s and skills.
• Flexible (willing to work outside normal daytime hours).
• Good knowledge of Dutch and English language.
