Position within the organisation and geographic scope:
The position of Field Service Engineer Chromatography is Home Office based (preferably in the triangle Mons, Liege, Brussels)) and he / she reports to the Manager ULS Service delivery. The work area will be mainly the French speaking part Part of Belgium, but the candidate must be willing to support the total Benelux area and occasionally EMEA region.
 
Purpose of the job:
Responsible to deliver all Service activities (which might include: Installation including related customer introduction, Repairs, Maintenance Services, Validation Services, Depot Repair, Hot Lines etc..) on Liquid chromatography (LC) and Ion chromatography (IC) instruments for achieving:

•                      Satisfied customer becoming loyal customers
•                      Highest first time fix rates / lowest mean time to repair
•                      Lowest repeated call rates

Field Service Engineer Chromatography Job Requirements

The Field Service Engineer Chromatorgraphy needs to have:
 

• Professional background in Chemistry /Electronics / Engineering  or related subjects;
• Minimum 3-5 years experience as Field Service Engineer or as user of Chromatography instrumentation. Experience servicing chromatography instrumentation is a pre;
• PC skills;
