Embedded Software Engineer Job Description

Job descriptionIn the position of (Embedded) Software Engineer you will be responsible for the definition, design and implementation of next generation of products .You are a result-oriented engineer that enjoys to work with technical challenges and has capability to think “out-of-the-box”. You will be involve in the whole design process from architecture specification, development, implementation and testing of (real time) software. You have experience in developing high-tech (electronics/mechatronic) systems We are looking for people with at least:

• Bsc, Msc or Phd in Electronics/ Embedded/computer sciences systems
• You have preferably at least 2 years of experience developing embedded software
• Excellent in C, C++, Java or similar
• Knowledge of at least one of the following: Unix/Linux, Department

Embedded Software Engineer Job Requirements

Educational LevelMSc or PhD in Electronics, Embedded Systems, Computer Sciences, Mechatronics, Informatics, Physics or comparable. At least 2 years of working in a relevant (technical) software development environment. Demonstrable expertise in Unix/Linux, C, C++, MATLAB, UML, realtime, Python, VxWorks, Solaris and software configuration management. You have experience in developing high-tech electronics or mechatronics systems with Software development, realization, implementation, testing and integration.Personal SkillsThe candidate should have a systematic approach with an analytical thinking. Should be result oriented and pragmatic; conceptual and creative. Should be interested in technical and practical experience with automation, and use tools to develop best embedded solutions.
