Equipment regarding:
Commissioning (FAT/SAT) & Qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) of several systems like:
HVAC, Steam, Clean Utilities, Buffer tanks, Hot Water, Black Utilities, Filtration systems, Extruders, Filter Dryer, Containment Systems, IBC Mixers, Crystalliser, DCS, Granulator, Wash in Place skids/Parts Washers, Isolators, Blister Pack line, Filling and Closing Line, Packaging Line, Clean Utilities, e.g.
Main tasks are:
- Creating protocolls (Adjusting templates / specifications of testing)
- Coordination and withnessing tests
- Creation of reports
- Educational background in Chemical engineering/Mechanical engineering or Industrial Automation (bachelor or masters degree)
- Experience in writing, executing, and summarizing validation protocols and SOPs for pharmaceutical manufacturing installations
- Experience in validating clean utility systems (WFI, PW, CCS etc)
- Detailed knowledge of commissioning and validation requirements within regulatory environments.
- Team player, but also able to work independent
- Strong analytical and technical writing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Anticipating attitude
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Customer orientated
