Expert Organization, Processes and Quality Job Description

As an expert organization, processes and quality develop ideas for improving the overall reporting value chain (platforms, processes, report generation) and implement them. In addition, you have the following tasks :  

• Identification and realization of synergies and potential savings
• Coordination of information requirements , development of technical concepts and coordinating the implementation
• Development and quality assurance of information delivery processes
• Employees and management of national and international projects in the areas of information management, management reporting , platform integration and optimization

Expert Organization, Processes and Quality Job Requirements

You have a college or university degree, preferably in economics or computer science graduated, and have at least 5 years of relevant work experience, for example, in controlling or in management consulting. In addition, you have the following knowledge and skills:

• Very good knowledge of reporting processes and management information systems
• Extensive experience in project and process management
• Industry experience in the telecommunications sector ( desirable )
• Deep understanding of complex issues and the ability to make this simple and understandable
• Communication skills, persuasion and poise
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• Very good communication skills in English & German
