What we offer

• Lead Quality Workstream in a major project of process transfer.
• Coordinate implementation of IPEC standards at the plant in Drogenbos.
• Work closely with business on Customers Standards Requirements. Cooperate with the Product Development.
• Prepare tests, chemical risk assessments and validation.
• Project-related mission for about 2 years.
• Report to Quality Project Manager.

Quality Manager Job Requirements

Who we are looking for

• Master in Chemistry.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with quality tools (FMEA, Control Plans..) within production or process environment. Experience in highly regulated industries such as Pharma, Food, Beauty Care is an asset.
• Experience with IPEC standard implementation and process transfer.
• Excellent leadership, communication, time management, analytical skills.
• Ability to offer hands-on working solutions.
• Fluent in English. French and/or Dutch is a plus.
