Senior Hardware Development Engineer (m/f) Job Description

As part of a global development team, you will be responsible for developing and testing of automotive electronics for safety applications.
The electronics usually consists of analog sensor interfaces, a communication interface and a microcontroller.

An application software running on the uController is performing all relevant measurements and self diagnostics, evaluating the data and communicating the result to a control unit with an interface like LIN, CAN, GMLAN.

• Design of EMC robust electronics, including EMC optimized layouts
• Circuit simulations
• Mass production optimizations
• EMC tests and optimizations
• Hardware testing
• Hardware related requirement analysis
• Setting up Hardware specifications

Senior Hardware Development Engineer (m/f) Job Requirements

• University degree in electrical engineering
• Sound knowledge of EMC robust circuit and layout design
• Experience in Requirement analysis and Hardware testing
• Experience with Radar systems in the mm band and/or Optical systems is considered as strong asset
• Fluency in English is mandatory, German and/or French are considered as strong assets
• Excellent communication skills
