Design Engineer Instrumentation (m/f) Job Description
As an experienced designer in the role as technical lead you are responsible for the support of all Instrumentation work.
You are looking for challenges in:
- Support the instrumentation design process
- Proactive behavior, efficiently and successfully integration and communication with different stakeholders (customer, design team etc.)
- Agreeing the Instrumentation solutions with all hardware owners
- Successfully transfer the acquired understanding of the requirements to the design engineer and proactively support the evolution of instrumentation schemes
- Deal with design resources on various sites in Germany and UK
Design Engineer Instrumentation (m/f) Job Requirements
We are looking for personalities with:
- Education in degree level or equivalent experience in an aerospace environment
- Long term experience (at least 3-5 years) in Instrumentation Design for jet engines or similar applications
- Experience in project management and with the mounting of Instrumentation equipment
- Understanding of the experiment purposes and out of that Instrumentation requirements
- Good knowledge in Siemens NX
- Fluent in both written and spoken English, other language skills including German are beneficial
- Excellent communication skills
