- A degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, electrical engineering or mechatronics or equivalent technical training (engineer / in) with relevant work experience
- Experience in project management of reorganization and investment processes
- Sound computer skills (SAP, MS Office)
- REFA knowledge
- Team-oriented, independent and structured way of working
- Flexibility and enthusiasm
- Good knowledge of English
