The Thermal Systems Business Group develops and manufactures systems, modules and components to manage the thermal energy of the powertrain and provide comfort inside the cabin for each passenger, during all phases of vehicle use. These systems help to significantly reduce fuel consumption, CO2 emissions and other pollutants and harmful particles from vehicles equipped with internal combustion engines. They also increase travel range and battery life for hybrid and electric vehicles.

Design Team Leader ( w / m ) - Thermal Front-End Modules Job Description

• Management of a dedicated Team by delegation of the R&D Manager 
• Define targets for each team member after coordination with the R&D Project Team
• Management of the customer relationships with regular meetings 
• Define and follow the budget related to the projects
• Management of the resources dedicated to the project
• Organisation of Design Reviews, participation in Project Validation Committees
• Implementation of standadisation strategy and methodology, improvement of the standards

• Degree in Engineering
• Significant experience in design
• Advanced knowledge in Thermodynamics and flow optimization 
• Knowledge of air conditioning technologies
• Knowledge of R&D processes
• Good management and communication skills
• Good English and German
