YES.TAP is looking for an enthusiastic Agile Software Test Intern to join our team. For this internship, you'll get the responsibility to ensure our products meet the high calibre of quality expected from our clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Work on the latest web and mobile platforms (iOS, Android, WP7/8, BB10, RESTful Web Services)
Lead, manage, and improve our QA team with weekly iterative testing.
Understand business requirements and functional specs to develop comprehensive test plans and test cases
Write robust unit testing code for amazing products with a smart engineering team
Identify, document, and track bugs throughout our entire technology stack
Design and implement code quality performance indicators, tools, and processes to contribute to our continuous improvement on our technology stack
Work closely with the QA and Engineering teams to provide guidance and mentoring to in your domain of expertise
Working towards or attained University, College, H.B.O., or M.B.O. degree
Fluent in English & one other language
Applicants must already have a working permit in the Netherlands
Essential Technical Skills
At least 2 years of experience in quality assurance of applications on mobile, web, and cloud big data/server.
Deep understanding of quality assurance techniques, frameworks, and methodologies
Experience with unit testing frameworks on iOS, Android, and/or Java server applications
Experience in performance, load/stress testing
Knowledge of automation scripting frameworks like Grunt, Jasmine, LoadRunner, etc.
PREFERRED TECHNICAL SKILLS
Experience in ...
software object oriented programming, objective-c, java, and/or c++.
working in a Unix environment
working in an Agile environment
with bug tracking tools like Pivotal Tracker
