TEAM LEAD FRONTEND DEVELOPMENT (M/F) Job Description

As our Team Lead Frontend Development (m/f), you will be responsible for one or more teams working on the development and improvement of our web system's frontend. You will be in charge of managing and organizing workflows and developing methods to improve productivity. Alongside taking responsibility for your team in personnel matters, you will collaborate closely with and report to our Lead Frontend.

• Manage teams of up to 10 people in both technical and personnel matters 
• Keep an overview of project development and identify and solve problems 
• Help with the recruitment process, carry out feedback sessions with employees, and assess their performance 
• Develop the technical expertise of all team members on an ongoing basis 
• Promote knowledge transfer between the different projects in the frontend department 
• Develop ideas for technical and structural improvements and innovations in your area

TEAM LEAD FRONTEND DEVELOPMENT (M/F) Job Requirements

YOUR PROFILE:

• Several years of professional experience in software development in an online environment
• A completed university degree in computer science or a similar qualification
• Leadership experience
• Excellent knowledge of JavaScript and other web technologies
• Extensive experience with performance optimization for complex web systems
• Good understanding of software architecture
• Structured working approach, entrepreneurial mindset, team player
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written English
