Application Engineer For Electrochemical Processes for Glass Job Description

Main tasks :
·       Develop and put in action new high precision electrochemical machining technologies for glass
·       Conduct pre-sales and internal development tests
·       Support customers in production and development stages
·       Conduct tests linked to development and new applications
·       Reporting and follow-up with the technical and sales departments (synthesis and conclusions)
·       Organise tests and trials (experimental plan)
·       Develop our technology know-how in relation with market and customer expectations.
·       Propose innovative solutions or new unexplored routes
·       Maintain machines available to the team 

Application Engineer For Electrochemical Processes for Glass Job Requirements

Your profile:
·         Engineer with MASc in Micro-technology / Mechatronics / Electrotechnolgy
·         Experience in Electrochemistry or high precision ECM on glass (or other none-conductive materials)
·         Experience in managing technical teams
·         Mother tongue : French or German, mastering English
·         Mastering ISO programming, knowledge of Siemens STEP7 is an aset
·         Seeking optimisation and eager to learn and understand
·         Excellent understanding of mechanics, electronics, software and interfaces
·         Working independently, showing imitative with an excellent analysis and organisation capacity
