ePages are looking for a talented recruiter / recruitment specialist to join the HR team in Hamburg.
ePages belongs to one of the leading international companies developing online shops for small and medium-sized businesses. As the business continues to grow, we are looking for a self-driven, passionate and technical senior recruiter to join us. As the Senior Recruiter, your role is to actively recruit for positions across the whole company, which means your role is very diverse! You will be recruiting technical specialists for our RND teams, right the way through to our product management, sales, marketing and services teams.

Senior Technical Recruiter (m/f) Job Requirements

In a nutshell you will be:

• Creating recruitment campaigns to attract new talent, together with marketing and our CTO
• Actively targeting top-talent using your Boolean ninja skills on Xing and LinkedIN
• Strategically placing Job ads across a variety of portals
• Reviewing applications received online and act as the first line of filter
• Organising Meetup events in our offices together with the development teams
• Attending industry events e.g. code.talks and Job fairs like Online-Karrieretag & FH Wedel
• Supporting all teams with hiring requirements, as well as creating job specifications
• Coordinating and holding candidate interviews with the retrospective teams
