Your Duties

Work on Service Desk Tickets that come in via phone or email
Follow up on outstanding requests and ensure timely resolution
User Administration + Briefing
Create accounts and configure hardware as part of on-boarding process
Coordination to Service Providers, i.e. Repair and Service of End Devices
Manage and monitor internal assets to ensure accurate inventory records
Team Player, self-dependent working is required

Your Profile

Apprenticeship as IT Specialist (m/f) or a comparable one
Several years of related IT Service Desk or operations experience
Excellent knowledge in Help Desk Services and User Documentation

Coordination and Organisation
Team player with a focus on service orientation
