MAINTENANCE SHIFT SUPERVISOR Job Description

You will manage and animate a team of 5 to 10 people: define the objectives, perform individual interviews, develop the technical skills of your team, manage schedules, recruitments, validate training new employees...
You will make a quality connection with the various departments.
You will prioritize and organize actions based on constraints.
You will ensure the safety and compliance standards and regulations.
You will develop the performance of the production system.
You will participate in continuous improvement, strength on the improvement of the department but also on the productivity, quality and safety.
You will contribute to our environmental policy.
You will have the opportunity to work in a multicultural environment, with real opportunities for development.
You will work on rotating shift (4 * 8).

MAINTENANCE SHIFT SUPERVISOR Job Requirements

You have an engineering degree in mechanical/electrical/automation/maintenance? 
Or you have an experience of 10 years in industry in a technical field?
You want to expand your managerial skills?
You want to implement your ideas?
You are proactive and autonomous in your work?
You have a business approach and analysis?
Do you like solving problems?
You are bilingual English / French?
