Facility Specialist (m/f) Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated:

Facility Specialist (m/f)

with Specialization on Electric Requirements, who would like to support our Administration team for a duration of at least 12 months.

Your Responsibilities:

• Plan and oversee electric work/renovation in and around the laboratory facilities
• Ensure the standards of the respective facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards
• Advise on energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Organize electric repair work and handle the repair cost according to the contracts with the landlord
• Organize and check service quality by sub-contractors and suppliers for electricity matters
• Process the employee's requisition in the laboratory area (e.g. cabling, easy electric repairs etc.)
• Contact with the external construction supplier, overseeing construction process
• Design or adjust the layout of offices for laboratory needs
• Respond timely to sudden requirements or problems

Facility Specialist (m/f) Job Requirements

Our Requirements:

• Vocational education/industrial training
• 1-2 years practical experience in electric facility management
• Independent working style with a hands-on, can-do attitude
• Service orientation
• Excellent interpersonal skills combined with team spirit, openness for an international environment and Chinese business culture
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); German will be considered a plus
• Health and Safety knowledge within office environment is of advantage
