As the ASML QA&QC Expert you will be the guiding hand that identifies and minimizes risk in new projects - from start to finish.

You will also identify and document all quality lessons learned in projects, so that they can be used in future projects. And, with this knowledge you will advise on external supplier selection. And once a project is finished, you will ensure that each installation's agreed way of working is adhered to in the following years - the same goes for all the SLAs with external suppliers.

Job Description
Co-develop new ASML buildings 
• Deliver ASML building structure specifications and space requirements 
• Review new construction buildings to reduce adjustment costs caused by retrofitting. 
• Co-development is supported by a program of requirements made by the Architectural competence 
Co-operate with maintenance for solid ASML buildings 
• Will reduce re-active or wasteful solutions. Lessons learned will be discussed and processed in the Program of Requirements 
• Condition based maintenance and guidelines contribute to a clear process and provide accountable and safe architectural elements and make costs transparent. Big maintenance investments, made transparent by Condition based Maintenance, or recurring defects can be discussed with the competence and worked out in a Masterplan. 
Improve ASML buildings 
• ASML invents and develops complex technology but its employees are still working in the office structure developed 15 years ago. 
• Architectural competence will make a program of requirements based on lessons learned, product quality and standardization 
Competences 
• Document owner ASML Pipespec Regulations concerning piping and (rotating) equipment 
Manage As Built ASML 
• Overview of As Built within contractors and ASML 
• Recommend management on most efficient way the 
• Able to perform NDT (Non Destructive Testing) and inspections

Context of the position

Ensure that contractors comply with works specifications •
Develop, write, Establish and maintain procedures to develop standard documentation for construction works and quality control and assurance for the projects •
Develop standard quality control procedures to be performed by the contractors •
Review the bidding and contracting.

 Education

• BSc level, Mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, Process engineering
• Proven experience in QA/QC matters and knowledge of material
• Experience within the semiconductor or pharmaceutical industry
• Proven knowledge concerning piping and related legislations
