The co-packer Vetipak, which was founded in 1997, specializes in packing a wide variety of products from the food industry (FMCG), starting with instant soups to various sweets and even petfood. The numerous customers include all brands and various private label producers. The company is a partner for its customers. Plant manager (M/V) Job Description

The Role:

• Plant management covering all aspects of the production operations in Poland, including, production, purchasing and materials management
• Full financial responsibility with investment planning and reporting
• Technical support for Sales and Service office in the Netherlands
• Responsibility for continuing to develop the growth of the co packing business 

Plant manager (M/V) Job Requirements

The Candidate:

If you are the ideal candidate for this role, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience.

• You are technically qualified, preferably with a mechanical engineering qualification.
• You are able to demonstrate a strong track record in Plant Management in a production environment, preferably from the food, automotive or heavy production industries.
• You have solid experience in the financial management of production operations.
• You are an experienced, hands-on people manager, and have the ability to develop, motivate and lead an engaged and experienced team.
• You are a dynamic individual, with an open mind, eager to take on the challenge of this role. You have experience working in a Western  environment, and you are looking to make a loyal commitment to a solid and   progressive company.
• A native Polish speaker, you are preferably fluent in both English and Dutch, and must be fluent in at least one.
• You currently live and work in Lodz area, or you are prepared to move there as part of the role.
