You will help shape and translate business requirements to the Teamcenter PLM platform, safeguarding ASML Configuration Management and IT architectural guidelines.
Job Description
- Lead the architectural solution design of one of the downstream PLM domains at ASML; Change Management, Bills of Process and work instruction and the integration with SAP.
- Lead complex architectural improvements in the intersection of Development and Manufacturing
- Create the short and long term PLM roadmap and guidelines.
- Expert on current and future solution functionality and engineering business processes.
- Define solution roll-out roadmaps and secure that projects stick to the roadmap.
- Translate business needs into technical solutions (architectural designs, functional designs, technical designs) which can be implemented and contribute to the ASML IT standards.
- Timely and clear communication; share information and knowledge.
- Share responsibility and make use of expertise of others; teamwork!
- Focus on targets and evaluate. Find the right balance between execution and planning.
- Challenge the business proactively and determine the future together.
Context of the position The solution architect Teamcenter is working within the IT Competence Center Product, reporting to the Solution Team Manager of PLM (Product Lifecycle Management). In this domain we capture and fulfill all IT Teamcenter demand and provide solution technology through large-scale projects or changes to our existing application infrastructure.
You will be responsible for your own PLM domain.In the next couple of years we will take on many projects to improve PLM and Configuration Management. This is your chance to be part of this impressive change process.
ASML - IT - Solution Architect Teamcenter - PLM Job Requirements
Education
Bachelor or Master's degree in Engineering, Product Development Management, Information Technology, Information Management or Data Management.
Experience
- Five to ten years of experience with PLM architecture in a high tech complex environment, mainly in the intersection of Development and Manufacturing.
- We will also consider recent graduates who have a proven interest in PLM / Teamcenter.
- Preferably Teamcenter Experience (e.g. Manufacturing Process Planner).
- Experience in translation of Business requirements into an architecture design.
Personal skills- Strong customer focus, result-orientation and commitment to excellence.
- Proactive personality who can deal with resistance.
- Dare to challenge the status quo.
- Highly analytical.
- Capability to lead workshops and translate business needs to architecture requirements.
