Description
You have the operational lead over a team of approximately 12 persons. On top of that you have to ensure close alignment with week proto group. The technical scope consists of keeping the assigned machines in perfect state by:
- Maintaining machine hard and software configuration up to date;
- Implement required Field Change Order's (FCO);
- Logging all activities in logbook;
- Carry out and/or assist the integration activities on the machines;
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and report issues in the design to improve system performance;
- Review test plans and align with week group proto engineers to ensure efficient use of the system;
- Provide technical support to D&E engineers, as a generalist;
- Ensure efficient use of machines, escalate in case of problems to group leader and Proto Integrator;
- Transfer machine status and issue list to next shift, pass down;
- Ensure safe working environment and work according to the 5S principles, NXE33x0 and NXE3400.
You are responsible for
- Maintaining and aligning the project plan with the week proto group;
- Managing weekend proto engineers and ensure that all requirements are met;
- Using feedback loops to embed operational quality;
- Providing line and program with Key Decision input.
Context of the positionFriday a regular day shift is applicable to align plan with week proto engineers.Saturday and Sunday you will work in two shifts;6.00- 14.30 hour 13.30-22.00 hour The TL will be working during the weekends on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Saturday and Sunday in shifts as mentioned above and Friday a regular day shift. Alternately they are working one weekend an early shift and the other week a late shift. The salary for the weekend equals a fulltime salary. Candidates need to commit for at least three years.

Technical Bachelor Degree as a minimum preferably in:
- Electronics;
- Mechatronics
- Physics.
ExperienceYou have 5 to 10 years' experience in a similar technical work environment with multi-disciplinary challenges. Knowledge of the integration PERT, (recovery) sequences, metrology and measurement systems and/or complex system troubleshoot and diagnosis. Proven experience as a team lead preferably.
Personal skills Strong affinity with proto systems and / or function teams
- Coaching, leadership and stakeholder management skills;
- Technical driven'
- TL experience is a pre;
- Excellent knowledge of the English language;
- Stress resistant;
- Preferably knowledge of measurement systems and/or system functionality analysis;
- Test experience in D&E environment, proto type systems;
- Working with complex systems.
