Head of IT-Controlling (m/f) Job Description

As "Head of IT Controlling" you and your team are responsible for planning, managing and controlling the ministries board technology. The technology / IT companies are an important driver for the business success of 1&1 Internet AG. In your position you will report to the Head of Sales Controlling, Operations, IT & Administration and are closely connected with the division management and boards of directors.

Your responsibilities:
 

• Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, the reporting and ad hoc reports. This is for all OPEX, CAPEX and LEK relevant facts.
• Responsibility and organization of the budget planning / forecasting and strategic medium-term planning.
• Competent partner (m/f) for analysis and provision of management-related information (KPIs) and their further development. Sparring partner (m/f) for the Division Manager (m/f) of the technique to any budget and cost-related issues.
• Preparation of business cases in the IT and identification of optimization potentials.
• Proactive Service Provider (m / f) for the needs of technology and product columns, and colleagues from the controlling and finance.
• Development and active participation of a deeper understanding of internal cost allocation.
• Disciplinary management of staff, current 9 (m/f).

Head of IT-Controlling (m/f) Job Requirements

You have successfully completed a business degree with an emphasis on business administration / controlling or equivalent degree and completed more years of practical experience in controlling (preferably in the telecommunications / Internet service provider environment, Internet, e-commerce or advice).

• Several years of management experience of heterogeneous teams.
• High service character with a focus on communication and teamwork skills.
• Friendly relationship with employees and our internal customers, while remaining results-and goal-oriented.
• Driving ability and advanced conversion at any time per active optimization. 
• High analytical and conceptual skills and a very good structured way of working with "hands-on mentality."
• High motivation and resilience and willingness to travel weekly between sites Montabaur and Karlsruhe.
