3 years "on the job" through complementary and high demanding roles:
You'll get to work in real roles and on live projects whilst benefiting from a clearly defined structure of training. It's all designed to unlock your potential and prepare you for an exciting and fulfilling career at Coca-Cola Enterprises. Rotating across key areas of the business, you'll gain practical experience and high level exposure.

You will be assigned to our information technology team, rotating in 3 functional areas working with divers stakeholders and business partners (Supply Chain, Customer Solutions and Sales & Distribution). You will become the trusted partner to the Business: translating needs into IT solutions that bring new capabilities in direct support of Business objectives, executing our strategy with excellence.

Who is made for this Graduate Program?
You will obtain a in a relevant domain, such as Economics or Civil or Commercial Engineering in 2015 and you have a passion for technology business processes. It is your passion, your enthusiasm and your ability to engage with people that will make the difference. You are interested in the fast moving consumer goods industry and the surrounding commercial environment. Following characteristics describe you: Teamplayer with good influencing skills • ambition • a critical mind with eye for detail • creative thinker and quick learner • process and project driven • strong analytical skills • fluent in Dutch, French & English

Process & Timeline:
You will have the opportunity to apply for our graduate programs until the end of February via the 'Apply' button. 

In February, you will get feedback regarding your candidature and we will send out analytical/verbal reasoning tests to withheld candidates. Afterwards a shortlist of candidates will be invited on an interview day in March where they also will be introduced to the exciting world of Coca-Cola Enterprises. In March our top 10 candidates will take part in our final assessment.
