IT Country Lead - BeLux, Coca-Cola European Partners Job Description

This is a newly created role, part of the local BeLux Management team and will be the face of IT to the BeLux business. The role will provide business, process and technical expertise in all IT related areas across our business; commercial and Supply Chain. The purpose of the role is to provide oversight and stakeholder management locally for all IT related projects, up to 20 projects a year. Although the role itself will not necessary implement the projects it will be accountable towards the management team for the success, prioritization and any conflict resolution relating to these projects and IT in general.
 
Furthermore, the role will have a “champion area” and will be responsible for the “Commercial area” across our operations in Northern Europe.
 
The role reports into the Business Unit CIO – Northern Europe and is based in our offices in Anderlecht.
 
Your key responsibilities in this role will be to take leadership and be accountable for the value delivery through IT Services for Belgium & Luxemburg. It includes:
 

• Accountable for end to end delivery of IT in Belux and act as a “trusted advisor” for the BeLux Business Leadership team
• Accountable for defining and maintaining a technology strategy and IT roadmap for all business areas of the value chain for BeLux and ensure it is aligned to CCEP’s overall IT strategy
• Provide strategic leadership for the BeLux business and work with senior business leaders and their respective teams to ensure IT strategy is geared towards delivering optimal business value
• Being part of the BeLux Business leadership team and being actively involved in executive decisions impacting the BeLux business
• Serve as the strategic interface between the BeLux business unit and IT at the leadership  level, accountable for enabling the business to achieve their objectives through effective use of technology
• Enable collaboration between IT and the BeLux business stakeholders to understand business unit strategies and demand, identify areas for improvement, conduct business planning and present opportunities for new services
• Lead the IT Business Partner team for BeLux and create a high performing team BeLux

IT Country Lead - BeLux, Coca-Cola European Partners Job Requirements

To be successful in this role you need extensive experience developing senior relationships within a large corporate business environment with leading stakeholders, with demonstrable evidence of understanding and influencing business strategy. You are experienced in managing key stakeholders and highly visible projects within IT.

Additionally we are looking for an individual who has/with:

• A master degree in General Business Administration, Information Management or a similar education is a requirement
• Experience in conception and development of IT systems
• Solid experience in planning and managing projects, including change management
• Experienced leader with the ability to motivate and lead a team of business partners
• In depth technical knowledge of the technologies used within functional areas (e.g. Salesforce, SAP, etc)
• Fluency in English, Dutch and French
