Our recruitment team consists out of 8 engaged people who together take care of the inflow of talented new employees within all disciplines of Vanderlande. We work closely together with the business such as (line)management, hiring managers, HR and Labor Market Communications. Besides recruitment our team is also responsible for contractors and internships.
The Recruitment process and application expert is responsible for coordination of the new or changed processes and related IT functionality to key users. He/she works closely with IT, supports the preparation of the business requirements and the tool test. Your focus will be on the Workday Recruitment module and related applications.Your key activities will be a.o.:
