Department
The HR-department of Vanderlande involves around 40 employees. The Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) is the head of this department.Our HR-department can be divided in two parts:
1. HR-support: Contains all the “supporting” HR-activities like Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, Talent Management, Health Management and the Vanderlande Academy;
2. HR-business: The HR-managers and HR-officers who work together as our HR-business partners.
Description of the assignment
Develop and coordinate mobility and lifestyle programs for obese people, chronically ill or seniors and measuring a responsible lifestyle program and assisting employees. Works closely with other sports and health professionals, such as physical therapists, company doctor, psychologists or nutritionists.
Your tasks / responsibilities
• Assist employees to achieve a desired goal for a healthier lifestyle;
• Organizing activities;
• Accompanying employees in the Company Health Center.
Internship: Develop and coordinate mobility and lifestyle programs for several target groups
Assignment type: Internship/Graduation (both possible)
Start date: As soon as possible
Assignment duration: 4-6 months (could be extended)
