Application Specialist Job Description

This is the Role
As Application Specialist for Adhesives EMEA you will be the technical conscience and support for our Account Managers. You have a solid knowledge base in adhesives, resins, polymers, formulations and end-applications. You can translate the specific customer demands to an actual Eastman solution. Being able to support launches of new products into the market place, you can not only influence Eastman’s growth but also contribute to technical innovation in general. 

As an Application Specialist you are the connection between the market needs and the Eastman possibilities. You will be regularly visiting our key customers and you will be advising in selling and applying of Eastman products in different market segments ranging from hygiene and packaging to automotive and wood-working. For small customers as well as big multinationals all over Europe, with all its challenges related to different countries, geographical distances and specialist customer expectations. A very challenging role in a dynamic international environment! 
 
Please note that in this role you will be travelling for around 50 % of your time (mostly within Europe)

• Minimum of 5 Years experience in comparable job
