Credit Controller WSS Job Description

As Credit Controller from the World Wide Shared Service Center (WSS) you are responsible for performing, further optimizing and maximizing our Credit Management services. Within the Lead to Cash (L2C) process, you are the person who is aligned with various stakeholders such as Sales Managers, Project Controllers and Project / Service Managers. Advising and supporting the business about debtors and cash-related issues (country risks, customer reviews, debt collection procedures, etc.) will help you to succeed in this position.


Your job

You provide content and advise in the end to end process of L2C taking care of:
• Active contribution for setting up, applying, assessing and processing credit checks.
• Timely and correct invoicing and follow-up of outstanding invoices.
• Carry out Credit Management policy within Vanderlande and initiating / participating in  
  improvement projects within the L2C process.
• The connection between the worldwide (uniform) execution of the work in conjunction with process
  optimization.


Your department

Vanderlande performs a number of business support processes at the WSS. Branches have been set up in different countries outside the Netherlands, which are designed according to Dutch model. WSS focuses on activities in the fields of Finance, Personnel and Salary Administration and Data Management. This position is within the Contract Management & Credit Management team.
The WSS in Veghel is part of the Finance & Control organization and provides high-quality and professional administrative services worldwide. Customer Focus, Innovation, Expertise and Accuracy are characteristics for the department. Credit Controller WSS Job Requirements

Your profile

To be successful in this job, you are pragmatic, ambitious and will have a strong focus on cooperation with your colleagues. 
•  Completed a HBO degree program and followed additional courses in Credit Management.
•  Minimum 3 years work experience in a financial environment.
•  Knowledge and experience with the Credit Management software Onguard is recommended.
•  Experience in a project organization with monthly deadlines.
•  Good command of the English language in word and writing (another language is a plus).
