This position is within the Customer Support sector. The CS Organization is responsible for theinstallation, qualification, repair and maintenance of the ASML systems at our customers' sites and isresponsible for the necessary transfer of know-how to the customer. Our CS engineers from localoffices perform these tasks at the customers within their specific region. The CS Global Training Center(GTC) department is the crucial link between the Development & Engineering (D&E) sector and the thousands of field engineers working at customer sites worldwide and engineers in Veldhovenperforming this excellent support. The CS GTC department develops and delivers technical trainingthrough 1000's of training events yearly worldwide. Most trainees are from CS, however, colleaguesfrom Manufacturing, Logistics and D&E, also attend these trainings. About 10% of the trainees arecustomer engineers. The CS GTC department has training facilities in Veldhoven (Netherlands), Korea,USA, Taiwan and China.Within our department you work in one or more projects supporting the safety learning needs of our(internal) customers. Being in touch with several departments (e.g. Environmental Health Safety (EHS),Manufacturing, Global Support Centre and D&E) you translate (internal) customer requirements by developing learning solutions. You will train engineers on several levels.You will be responsible for the development of technical Safety training and delivery of this training.
Job Description
- You will be responsible for developing and delivering high quality technical Safety training to engineers from the CS Sector.
- You will also be responsible for creating training solutions for issues reported from CS engineers in the field, support and guide - safety - changes for the field organization. This responsibility concerns particularly safety related items which can be solved by training and education of CS engineers. The content will vary from technical safety to processes which will include knowledge, skills and attitudes.
- You will develop the training content for new products and processes being released to the CS Field Organization. You will work with employees from the CS EHS organization and D&E.
Context of the positionYou will be a member of the CS GTC (~60 employees worldwide).Flexibility to travel to other countries (up to 25%) if needed.

ASML - Global Training Center - Environmental Health & Safety T Job Requirements
- Bachelor (BSc) or Master of Science (MSc) in a technical direction,
- Did actical certificate is required,
- Hogere Veiligheidskunde (HVK) or Management of Safety, Health & Environment (MoSHE).
Experience- 3-5 Years of experience in occupational safety role (e.g. auditor, delivering Technical (Safety) Training, consultant or similar).
- Proven affinity with or expertise in education and/or didactics and apply brain based safety.
- Experience in the operation and/or field of a multinational and understanding of the Way of Working (WoW).
