Technical Documentation Engineer (m/f) Job Description

This is your mission:
 
In this position you are responsible for the preparation, revision and maintenance of operating instructions for domestic appliances (refrigerators, freezers, washing machines, dishwashers, cooking utensils) in English (mandatory) and German (plus). You perform your daily work in compliance with the legal guidelines, standards and customer expectations.
You will co-operate with an external translation office and coordinate the implementation of translations of user manuals. As well Correction and approval of OEMs' manuals
In close cooperation with national and international interfaces such as development, project management, technology and quality assurance you will be able to obtain information and coordinate them in other departments..
 
Worldwide Haier has five R&D centers, with which you will maintain an ongoing know-how transfer.

Technical Documentation Engineer (m/f) Job Requirements

You should bring:

Successfully completed studies in the area of Technical Writer. Alternatively technical studies or technical training with appropriate additional qualification.
 
Furthermore, you are characterized by the following strengths:

• 5+ years of professional experience in a comparable field of tasks (plus if in household appliances)
• Analytical, logical and abstract thinking
• Accurate and structured way of working
• strong independence Management of multiple activities at the same time
• engineering judgment
• Experience and good knowledge in the field of work White goods
• Very good knowledge on English (mandatory) and German (plus) both in oral and writing
• Very good knowledge on MS Office, Adobe CS (including InDesign)
• Teamwork, social skills and secure communication with different contact
