Delivery of product road map for mid and long term strategy
Guide the development of leading products
Optimize the technology platform, pre-development of forward-looking technology
Reference to the European enterprise quality control system, establish and optimize Haier quality standards

Requirements:

Bachelor or Master Degree on Mechanical, Thermodynamical or Electrical Engineering
Experience of at least 5-10 years in Gas water heaters
Willingness to travel
