Manufacturing Manager Beads Job Description

The manager is responsible for assuring that the manufacturing of Beads is cost effective and delivered with high quality according to set build plans and company & compliance expectations. 

You will also be managing the manufacturing of Beads, you will assign, develop and evaluate team members to ensure efficient operation of the Beads manufacturing. 
It is required that the manager maintains strict compliance with applicable Quality Management System standards and we would like to see that you would work on continuous improvements of the process. 
Furthermore, the role entails reviewing change orders and validation work flows in Agile as a representative of Manufacturing of Beads and providing input to senior Manager for budget/forecast for the department. 

Manufacturing Manager Beads Job Requirements

In order to be successful in this role we see that you have a Ph.D in Life Sciences, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent and 2-5 years of experience in a similar role. 

Required knowledge, skills and abilities: 

• Excellent leadership skills and an strong ability to engage, motivate and develop colleagues 

• Excellent communication skills both in Swedish & English (oral and written) 

• Excellent organizational skills 

• Experience working in a regulated industry 

• Ability to work independently 

• Ability to successfully interact with cross-functional teams in a global environment 

• Demonstrated track-record of successful teamwork 

Preferred qualifications: 

• Experience from medical device regulations in US and CE markets 

• Experience from working in a global environment 

• Basic experience/ understanding of injection molded parts and relationship of how they interact dimensionally within processing equipment 

• Experience from working with automation equipment
