In respect of any personal data accessed or otherwise processed by a customer as a result of access to the site or the services, the customer agrees that it shall be the sole data controller of such personal data for the purposes of the EU's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and, as such, shall be solely responsible for its processing.
    All copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights in the site and the material available on the site belongs to Qreer B.V. or its third party suppliers. Use of the site does not give you any proprietary rights in such materials.We accept no liability for any loss (whether direct or indirect, for loss of business, revenue or profits, wasted expenditure, corruption or destruction of data or for any other indirect or consequential loss whatsoever) arising from your use of Qreer.com and we hereby exclude any such liability, whether in contract, tort (including for negligence) or otherwise. We hereby exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to Qreer.com and your use of it to the maximum extent permitted by law.
    You agree to indemnify Qreer B.V. and keep Qreer BV indemnified against all costs, expenses, claims, losses, liabilities or proceedings arising from use or misuse by you of www.Qreer.com and it’s services or information provided. You should notify the office of Qreer B.V. immediately if anyone makes or threatens to make any claim against you relating to your use of Qreer.com.

    Commencement of services
    Qreer B.V. will not commence the provision of services pursuant to any quotation form until the quotation form has been returned to us and confirmed by the customer by way of signature, e-mail confirmation or provision of purchase order number.

    Pricing and rates
    Prices are as specified in the Qreer.com rate cards and are guaranteed for the details stated on the quotation form. Any discounts agreed are confidential and may not be disclosed by the customer.
    Where a customer posts an advertisement on Qreer.com which includes any reference to a brand of a client or a subsidiary of the customer (which reference may include, without limitation, such client's or subsidiary's logo, http address, email address and telephone number) (“Client Branded Advertising”), and the posting of such Client Branded Advertising has not been agreed by us in the Quotation form or other contract agreed with such Customer, charges for the advertisement will be as per the relevant rate card and charged to the Customer for each job posted on Qreer.com which includes a non-agreed piece of Client Branded Advertising.
    A job posted on Qreer.com will remain live for 60 days or such shorter time as agreed with the customer. Any extension of this time will be charged to the customer as a new posting. Any jobs posted in addition to the agreed number of credits will be charged at a price per job agreed with the customer at the time of the contract negotiation. If no price has been negotiated, a flat fee of €499,- per job will be charged for each job over the agreed number. A single job can be posted using credits where the total purchased and available number is identified by the number of credits listed in the customer’s account on www.Qreer.com. If a customer deletes a job and then either reposts it or posts another, this will be classed as two separate job postings.

    Payments & Credit Terms
    All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT. Credit is granted subject to Qreer B.V. obtaining suitable credit checks. Other than for services purchased online or prepaid where payment has been confirmed and where credit is granted, an e-invoice will be issued. The invoice will be sent to the email address you provide as your accounts payable contact.
    The invoice will be due for payment in full within 14 days of invoice date. In the event of late payment, Qreer B.V. may terminate services and all outstanding invoices will become payable immediately. You, the customer will remain liable for the payment of services as agreed in the contract, notwithstanding such services have been suspended or terminated under this clause. In addition interest and fees will be payable on late payments in accordance with Directive 2011/7/EU on combating late payment. If credit is not permitted or required a prepayment account may be granted, the whole amount of the contract payable in advance of services being provided. Qreer B.V. reserve the right to periodically review your credit terms.

    Terminations
    The customer may terminate in writing the provision of services without any notice period. Termination by the customer before the end of the contract term mentioned in contractual agreements may, at our discretion, result in loss of discounts agreed for the entire term of the contract.
    Qreer B.V. may terminate the provision of services if the customer is in material breach of these terms and conditions and has not remedied such breach within 2 weeks of notice specifying the breach and requiring that it be remedied, or the customer becomes insolvent, ceases to trade or goes into liquidation.

    Intellectual Property Rights
    These terms and conditions do not transfer any (intellectual) property right, licenses or rights of use from Qreer B.V. to the customer. All Qreer B.V.’s rights (including but not limited to copyright, trademark rights, database rights, logos, titles as well as any other commercial rights) remain (intellectual) property without restriction of Qreer B.V.All material and content published by Qreer B.V. is subject to our intellectual property rights (copyright, trademark rights and database rights). Exceptions are the individual elements of such material and content designed by the customer or a third party that are already subject to a customer’s or third party’s intellectual property rights and that have not been modified or revised by Qreer B.V.
    Customers agree that Qreer B.V. may use the customer's name, locations, website, trademarks and logos for the purposes of providing the services and generating exposure to provide the best possible services.

    Qreer.com jobs posting rules
    We have rules regarding the content and format of jobs posted on Qreer.com. Their purpose is to ensure that users who search the site or the Qreer.com database get results which are presented as clearly and informatively as possible. You agree that we may, at our discretion and without liability to you, remove, correct or modify from and on Qreer.com any advertisement which is posted in breach of these rules.
    The rules are:
    1. No gratuitous use of keywords in job descriptions or job titles. Gratuitous means deliberately inserting words, strings of words, or repeating job titles, with the intention of influencing position in the results listing, or increasing the number of page views.2. Job advertisements placed on www.Qreer.com must be for genuine vacancies only, and not for other products or services, either relating to or unrelated to recruitment including, but not limited to, affiliate schemes, pyramid selling schemes or any other so called 'business opportunity'.

    Jobs removal
    Advertisements which appear to discriminate on grounds of sex, race or disability are illegal and may result in proceedings being taken against both the advertiser and the publisher. Advertisements are accepted by Qreer.com on the basis that the advertiser confirms that any requirement or qualification which may appear to discriminate illegally is in compliance with any exemption available under the relevant legislation. Notwithstanding this confirmation, if Qreer B.V nonetheless believes that an advertisement may be discriminatory it may either amend the advertisement or remove it from Qreer.com without liability to the customer to make any refund of amounts paid or due to be paid in respect of the posting or otherwise and will inform the customer accordingly.

    Jobs responses
    The customer agrees to deal fairly and professionally with individuals who may respond to an advertisement they have posted and not do anything which may bring Qreer.com into disrepute. The customer will indemnify Qreer B.V. from and against any claim brought by an individual against Qreer.com arising from their breach of this obligation or any other of these terms and conditions.
    Qreer B.V does not guarantee any response to advertisement of the customer or that responses will be from individuals suitable for the job advertised. It is the customer’s responsibility to carry out such checks and procedures as are necessary to ensure that candidates are suitable for the job advertised and have the required qualifications and personal characteristics.As part of Qreer’ s commitment to getting customers the best possible response Qreer B.V. reserves the right to amend some of the job details that the customer supplies in order to optimize the customer’s advertisement.

    Technical equipment / tools
    It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they have the appropriate equipment and are connected to the appropriate services to enable to post jobs to www.Qreer.com. Occasionally Qreer B.V. employees can post jobs on behalf of it’s customers upon mutual consent.

    Content and links
    If the advertisement of the customer links to another site via Qreer B.V’s external apply online option, the customer is responsible for maintaining the links and for the content of the advertisement and the linked site. Qreer B.V. may remove from Qreer.com any advertisement which contains content or links to a site which, in it’s opinion, is defamatory, illegal or objectionable or will bring www.Qreer.com into disrepute. The customer will indemnify Qreer B.V. from and against any claims or liability arising from content or links contained in it’s advertisements.

    Third party sites
    Vacancies the customer posts on Qreer.com may also appear on third party recruitment web sites pursuant to agreements from time to time between Qreer.com and the proprietors of such web sites.

    Browser policy
    Qreer.com supports the current and most recent previous versions of all popular browsers, and follows the HTML 4.01 and CSS 2.1 W3C standards. If your browser is not supported, you may still be able to access our site, but you may encounter some display problems. Qreer.com also might require to enable session cookies (enabling permanent cookies is recommended), and JavaScript, in their browser.
    You may NOT:1. Supply, sell or license material from the candidate applications, or a copy of it, to any other person/company/organization or third party.2. Contact the individuals or make or allow any use of the information about those individuals, other than for the purpose of finding suitable candidates for specific job vacancies. You must, at all times, comply with the EU's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and all subsequent legislation and regulations.3. Access Qreer.com from a system that is not fully patched or does not have industry standard Antivirus software installed that is regularly updated.

    Passwords
    Usernames are for the sole use of the person to whom they are issued. Passwords must be kept confidential and secure. We may deny access to a username if we reasonably believe that it is being used by an unauthorized person or that the user is breaching these terms and conditions. Concurrent usage of a username is not allowed.

We will process your personal data on the basis set out below as it is in our legitimate interests to do so following your registration.

    What Information do we collect about you?
    We collect personal data about you when you register with Qreer.com. We do so in order to provide you with the recruitment services that are available through Qreer.com
    The personal data that we collect includes your name, email address and telephone number. If you are a work seeker we will also ask for details of the kind of work you are looking for and your preferred work location. If you decide to upload a CV, cover letter, personal statement or other similar document or information we will keep that information for as long you want to keep your account with Qreer.com.

    What do we do with your personal data?
    When you create an account on www.qreer.com, your information will remain anonymous and confidential. We do not provide nor share any of your personal information to other companies, third parties or individuals without your permission and only you have access to your own account by the provided user name and password.
    By registering with Qreer.com it is understood that work seekers are actively soliciting contact from prospective employers. The primary purpose of Qreer.com is to allow work seekers, prospective employers and recruiters to find each other.To get in contact with prospective employers you may apply to the open positions published on www.Qreer.com by which your personal information will become visible for the recruiter of that specific customer solely. For job seekers, we will use your personal data to provide you with the recruitment services that we provide, to manage your account and to email you about recruitment services which, for job seekers, includes job alerts and emails about jobs that are relevant to your fields of interest.

    Marketing
    In the event that you register on Qreer.com as a work seeker we will only send you information which relates to our recruitment services. When you are sent emails there is always the option to inactivate, delete or modify your details or to unsubscribe from our email listing.
    You can also amend the contact preferences in your account to stop us from contacting you in connection with the recruitment services available through Qreer.com for which you register when you set up your account.
    Your personal data is stored on our secured servers which are located in the European Economic Area and your personal data is not shared with any third party.

    Access to your information and correction
    We want to make sure that your information is accurate and up-to-date and will delete or amend any information that you think is inaccurate.
