As a Technical Architect, you will work as part of one of our Professional Services (PS) teams engaging directly with our clients to develop world class customer experience solutions using the company’s portfolio of Customer Engagement Optimisation (CEO) products.


 

Technical Architect Services EMEA Job Requirements

Technical Architects are responsible for the technical delivery of the solution. They will be expected to:

• Own and be accountable for the technical solution for the project.
• Work with the Project Lead to define and schedule the list of technical tasks, and track technical risks, dependencies and issues for the project.
• Lead workshops to agree on the (non-)functional requirements for the project, and implement a solution architecture which will meet them.
• Provide technical consultancy to colleagues and client/third parties in an analysis and design phase of a project.
• Produce specifications for both technical and business audiences.
• Provide expertise in other technologies as part of the overall solution e.g. relational databases and web services.
• Contribute to company growth through the creation and sharing of knowledge, lessons learned, and best practices based on project experiences.

• Experience of all stages of Software Development Lifecycle on at least 5 projects, 3 of which should be start to finish.
• Knowledge of developing and using Web Services e.g. SOAP and OData.
• Languages: Working knowledge of C# and understanding of majority of the following: HTML, JavaScript, CSS, ASP.NET
• Experience in a Fast-paced, changing environment
• Experience with Direct Customer and Partner Delivery
• Ability to work in a global environment and interface with remote groups
