Output Control Operator (2-shift operation) Job Description

Tasks:
- End-of-cycle release (final assembly, marking, packaging, dispatching) of the product quality as instructed in the relevant instructions / control plans 
- Supervision of compliance with established procedures for the above-mentioned activities 
- Reporting and initial assessment of discarded parts from the manufacturing process 
- Preparation of documents for evaluation of rejected parts by technologist / quality 
- Working with various types of measuring instruments 
- Creation of reports from control activities 
- Observance of set requirements 
- Work with drawing documentation 
- Collaboration in solving complaints, analysis of non-conforming pieces

Output Control Operator (2-shift operation) Job Requirements

Requirements:
- Training in the field or secondary technical education can be replaced by corresponding experience 
- Experiences in the position of control technician / quality inspector welcomed 
- Experience of working with basic measuring instruments 
- Basic knowledge of drawing documentation drawings 
- User knowledge of MS Office 
- Fundamentals of AJ advantage (passive for orientation in used documentation) 
- Awareness of quality tools is an advantage 
- Technical thinking, 
- Standalone and proactive approach to fulfilling tasks 
- Focus on detail, flexibility
