Thanks to our expanding product and systems portfolio, the revenue has developed considerably over the past 6 years.

Customers encompass European and US satellite prime contractors, European space agencies, software and engineering companies.

Rovsing employs some 35 experts in Skovlunde, Denmark as well as in Kourou, Toulouse, and Bremen. The team encompasses mainly electronics, electrical, software, and space engineers.

Due to increased activity in our space development group we are looking for a dedicated and committed Software Engineer.

Rovsing provides state of the art test and simulation systems for ground testing of satellites to customers primarily in Europe and USA. These systems enable a satellite manufacturer to test existing parts of a satellite and simulate non-existing parts. All our systems are built to very high safety and quality standards.

You will join our project teams where your primary responsibilities will be software design, development, integration and test.

Technical Skills and Profile

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent
• Relevant working experience in Software Design and Development
• Experience with higher level programming languages such as Java, C++ or .NET.
• Solid hands-on software experience with focus on design, coding and testing on a unit and system level.
• Experience in analysing, designing and implementing efficient solutions when presented with a requirement specification.
• Fluency in both written and oral communication English.
• Ability to thoroughly document your work.
• Proactive and energetic.
• Takes responsibility for your own work and the overall results.
