Introductionand Job MissionThe junior program manager is the central supporter in theReal Estate Team. In this way preparing him/her self in growing towards aProgram Managers position. As part of the management team of Real Estate, the maintasks of the program manager jr are to facilitate the RE housing masterplan(e.g. Long Term Housing Plan, lease portfolio WW), the industrial strategy inVeldhoven and new construction projects in Veldhoven driven by the REManagement TeamNext to yourjob mission, your role also includes the following:- Implementand manage space management worldwide- Alignindustrial spot plan world wide- Supportthe RE staff on their functional responsibilities- Managesthe Real Estate world wide database JobDescription- Assistingin driving technical, complex and multidisciplinary Projects according to theAM Building Generation Process - Workclosely with the Program Manager and AM departments to deliver the -challenged-customer needs (identify & define the best fit for ASML in your Program ofRequirements, and arrange needed internal & external resources)- Alwayssecure the daily operation of the Veldhoven production facilities, - Create andmaintain safe, healthy and environmentally secured working conditions - Put inyour effort to further develop our BGP process by learning on the job duringyour projects- Translatepriorities and strategic objectives into project initiation document andproject plan- Manages,monitors and reports on the project budget progress and projections/forecastsand consolidates all project related financial issues. All AM assets are managed through a life cyclemanagement model.The junior program manager is responsible for successfulproject completion combining ASML business needs, law and regulation, qualitydemands (e.g. EN/ISO, sustainability, EHS, etc.), risk mitigation and time andbudget control.Position in the value chain:The junior program manager reports to the manager AMProjects and on a operational basis to the Program Manager Real Estate. Thejunior program manager is in charge of several AM construction/renovationprojects. ASML business will be the user of the sites, ASML Maintenance &Operations will be responsible for all maintenance. External partners willprovide both project management and construction/renovation services.Stakeholders: Project Managers, Consultants and Contractors,Asset Management department eg. Competence and Operations and Maintenance,Procurement (contracting), Finance, Safety & Security. Requirements - Relevantbachelor or master degree eg. (Technical) Business Administration, FacilitiesManagement, Engineering; or similar level obtained through work experience;- Min. 2years of relevant work experience; large construction/renovation projects ininternational high tech production (preferred cleanroom) environments;- In depthknowledge and experience of MS Projects and Office;- Generalknowledge of relevant quality standards and legislation (e.g. EN/ISO,sustainability, ‘Bouwbesluit’, etc.);- Fluentverbally and in writing in English and Dutch;- Knowledgeof Lean Six Sigma, PMBoK/Prince is a Pre;-Understands the implications of different (technical) choices and is able todirect to the best solution. PersonalSkills - Goodrelational skills, capable of handling cultural and political barriers;- Ability towork in a highly demanding and volatile technological environment;- Buildingrelationships with stakeholders ranging from senior management to technicalprofessionals to construction workers;- Teamplayer with a pro-active and communicative personality who is able to act  and to ensure stakeholder satisfaction;- Ability tohandle multiple requests and work on management and operational level;- Strategicfocus (helicopter view) combined with analytical thinking- Ability toaccurately complete task assignments and responsibilities in a timely manner;-Trustworthiness and flexibility;- Creativityin solving problems;- Drive toobtain results;- Minimizingrisk;- Assuringquality;- Planningand allocation of resources, time and budget within defined project boundaries;- Mitigationskills in case of probability of exceedance of the defined boundaries. OtherinformationCurrent scope is Veldhoven, however this may develop in amore international scope.
