Accurately manufacture and supply all ASML products in accordance with the established specification statements. Make improvements to existing products and processes, and guide the implementation of new products and processes. Ensure quality and standardization while contributing to improvements in effectivity and efficiency. Reports to Group Lead and works together with other departments within Manufacturing, Logistics, Procurement, D&E, Industrial Engineering, Customer Support.
Without direct supervision, will operate a CNC controlled Magnetorheological Fluid Finishing (MRF) machine to polish optical surfaces to precision specifications for finish and figure. Will verify accuracy of finished product using various types of interferometric measuring, as well as support processes and product development. Accountabilities:
High School / trade school graduate / G.E.D, or equivalent experience.
