ASIC/Power Supply Hardware Design Engineer ADAS sensors Job Description

The engineer has the key role to develop Power Supply ASICs and Hardware Modules for our new generation of ADAS sensors: Radar, Camera Lidar.
This position can situated in Lindau or Ulm.
 

• Contribute to the definition of the Hardware architecture for the new generation ADAS sensor
• Specify the requirements for the new Power ASICs and Power Supply modules
• Participate to components sourcing and collaborate with suppliers during development of new ASICs
• Develop Power Supply modules (perform schematic design, simulations, components dimensioning and selection, worse case and technical risk analyses)
• Contribute to overall schematic integration and to PCB/Layout design
• Specify the Hardware tests, supervise the test activities, review and release the test results
• Specify the Hardware/Software interface for the development of Software configuration, control and diagnosis
• Contribute to the creation of Production Test Specifications (specify the tests in series production)
• Perform technology research for developing and introducing new/optimized electronic components
• Collaborate with engineers from other ADAS locations in development of customer application projects

ASIC/Power Supply Hardware Design Engineer ADAS sensors Job Requirements

• Academic degree in Electrical Engineering, Natural Sciences or similar
• Experienced in power supply ASIC development
• Good knowledge Hardware, Schematic and PCB design
• Knowledge in power supply modules development
• Knowledge in Embedded Software electronic
• Good knowledge of English language (written and spoken)
• Analytic way of thinking
• Abilities for both, team and autonomous way of working
