Business Process Services Specialist
• Understand a client’s core business in relation to the project’s solutions design
• Consult with customers in selling and supporting Business Process Services. Act as a trusted advisor and technical strategist for customer senior management.
• Deliver client project presentations.
• Work closely with Business Process Services partners.
• Give pre sales support to corporate customers’ sales team for Business Process Services.
• Develop skills required by new technologies and markets.
Qualifications:
• At least 2 years experience in information and document management
• Preferably having degree from universities such as Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering
• Ability to influence, negotiate and conduct formal business dialog with all levels within Xerox and customer organization
• Ability to analyze information and make quality decisions
• A proven track record in complex technology based outsourced business, having worked in solution architecting, service delivery management or other IT related business functions
• Excellent team and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills both in Turkish and English
• No travel restrictions
• B Class driving license
• No military service obligation
