Remediation / Validation Engineer Job Description

Our client - a global medical device company is seeking to recruit a Validation/ Remediation Engineer to join its team at its facility in Donegal, Ireland on a 6 month Contract starting in Jan 2013.

The Remediation Engineer is responsible for coordinating, reviewing and implementing Quality System remediation activity within site in an environment of continuous improvement, ensuring the site delivers safe and effective products that meet customer needs whilst maintaining compliance.

Major Responsibilities:
· Participate in developing and reviewing remediation plans for quality system documents, including Validation Packages and CAPA plans.

· Providing feedback and driving improvements in quality system documentation and procedures.

· Contribute to SOPs, protocols, specifications and validation documentation

· Be aligned with the plant’s Environmental, Health and Safety systems.

Remediation / Validation Engineer Job Requirements

Education & Experience:
· A relevant third level Engineering or Science qualification
· Three years relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment required
· Excellent communication / interpersonal skills
· The Remediation Engineer will need to be experienced in Validation, Equipment and Qualification
